J E James Cycles uses Cybertill’s system to manage multi-branch and multi-channel retail across 3 locations and online.

Established in 1990, J E James has shops located in Rotherham, Chesterfield and Sheffield, not forgetting online.
Each location of J E James’ has 9,000 square foot of selling space, showcasing a wide range of stock spanning town and mountain bikes, bike parts, accessories and clothing. Increased competition within the cycling industry convinced Mark James and his colleagues that they needed a system with more sophistication, but was still easy to use. Stock allocation across online and in-store channels is a key strength of the system.
