Cybertill, a cloud based retail software provider, has been shortlisted in the Retail Systems Awards, for EPoS innovation of the year, for its mobile PoS solution.
Cybertill’s submission highlighted how Virgin Media has benefited from Cybertill’s mobile PoS solution. Initially, Virgin Media highlighted how if staff were given tablets then mobile PoS could help queue busting in-store preventing staff and customers queuing for a fixed till point.
Virgin Media and its customers have experienced a wide range of benefits since deploying mobile PoS. Customers don’t have to queue and their ‘retail journey’ in-store is bespoke and seamless as the sales person can dedicate their time to demonstrating and showcasing Virgin Media services. Mobile PoS combined with the new conceptual store elements, used by Virgin Media, have been well received by customers and staff alike.
