1. Performance Health Check

You will receive on-site consultancy enhancement sessions with our expert trainers, tailored to optimise the system for your specific business needs.

By combining system knowledge, retail expertise, and sector insights, we’ll deliver a bespoke experience to help you achieve your business goals.

Enhancement Session: Onsite Shop

Typically completed onsite in a single day, we will thoroughly review your processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Addressing Shop Challenges – we will start by identifying and addressing any challenges in your shop, to find effective solutions for smooth operations.
  • Optimising System Settings – simple adjustments to your system settings can resolve existing issues.
  • Process Improvement and Feature Awareness – discover new processes and system functionalities that you might not be utilising yet.

Our trainer will thoroughly review your current system configuration and shop processes

System Configuration Review:

  • System Configuration Review – we’ll evaluate all aspects of your system settings and configuration, including default settings, Advanced Gift Aid, electronic donor sign-up, user group cashing up settings, till settings, stock management setup, and reporting (where applicable).
  • Daily and Weekly Process Evaluation – we will analyse your existing shop processes and suggest improvements that can be implemented as part of a change management process.
  • Introducing New Functionalities – learn about new features that can streamline your operations and boost efficiency.
  • Summary Report

Enhancement Session: Head Office & Warehouse

Again, this comprehensive review is usually completed within a day, focusing on your head office and/or warehouse operations, if needed:

  • Identifying Pain Points – Our trainer will identify and troubleshoot any challenges in your head office and warehouse, providing actionable solutions.
  • Improving Processes and Feature Awareness – we may also suggest changes to your current processes or introduce you to system functionalities and features that you may not be aware of, which can help resolve the issues you are experiencing.

Our comprehensive review continues with a focus on your head office and warehouse operations:

  • System Configuration Review – : We’ll evaluate all aspects of your system settings, including default settings, Advanced Gift Aid, electronic donor sign-up, stock management setup, and reporting (where applicable). Your trainer will provide recommendations to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency
  • Process Optimisation – your trainer will analyse your existing daily and weekly head office and warehouse processes, suggesting improvements as part of a change management process. Areas covered include stock management and merchandising, finance management, reporting, EPoS administration, customer and donor relationship management, and offer management.
  • Introducing New Functionalities – learn about new features that can streamline your head office and warehouse operations and boost efficiency.
  • Summary Report – at the end of the session, you will receive a detailed report summarising the recommended changes to your head office and warehouse configuration and processes, aimed at improving your return on investment.

Comprehensive Training Delivery

On our final day with you, our trainer will present a customised training plan based on the detailed reports you’ve received.

This plan will include training on all newly agreed features and functionalities for your shop, head office, and warehouse:

  • Training Plan Design and Delivery – We’ll cover all new agreed ways of working and onboard any new functionalities for your shop, head office, and warehouse.
  • Maximising Training Effectiveness – Your trainer will support in organising the training, which we recommend conducting at your head office location. This ensures a focused environment, maximising the effectiveness of knowledge transfer and minimising the distractions often present in an onsite shop

Summary

Upon completion, you’ll receive an online training feedback link for you and your team.

This helps us monitor training quality and continuously improve our services.

2. Proactive Performance Management

Here we’ll have an initial discovery meeting, where we will review historic and current Service Desk activities to provide an analysis alongside your business performance targets to identify any themes or trends, so that we can help you use this to your trading advantage.

Historic Ticket Analysis & Initial Service Review

Provide an analysis of Service Desk activities for 2024, to assess any themes / trends and possible ‘problem’ stores.  This includes incident trend analysis, route cause analysis and overall product performance.

Service Status Meeting

Bi -weekly meetings to discuss reports and any identified trends and monthly meeting to assess targets should multiple days be taken.

Engagement Specialist

In addition to your account manager our customer success team member would be an escalation point for any head office concerns or issues.

3. Retail Health

Management & monitoring service for your IT systems
