The Role

Our customers and their consumers deserve the best retail experience. Cybertill provides cloud-based retail software solutions for charities, retailers, and visitor attractions with fully integrated real-time EPoS and end-to-end retail management.

About the role

  • We are looking for a talented and hungry telemarketer, to work in a target driven environment.
  • Primarily responsible for generating leads, diarising call backs, categorising them depending on their sales-readiness and booking in / completing demonstrations for the sales team.
  • The role involves making outbound calls to new businesses, responding to inbound leads and managing your own pipeline.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions – explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients where required.
  • Using telephone and email to pro-actively contact prospects, on a regular basis to promote and discuss our software and services.
  • Follow up on enquiries generated from email campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Managing your own records to the highest standard and updating the company’s CRM system
  • Manage own diary efficiently and effectively, ensuring productivity is maintained week on week and targets are exceeded.

Who we are looking for…

  • A target driven sales consultant, motivated by earning potential & determined to succeed.
  • Someone experienced in making positive, proactive outbound cold calls and who can build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be communicating with a range of businesses and attention to detail is key.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with contacts to ensure the collection of accurate and up-to-date information.
  • An individual with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A personable and approachable nature, who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Somebody that enjoys a challenge and can get up to speed quickly.

Your Qualifications…

  • A background in Sales and call setting is essential.
  • Knowledge of EPoS software is preferrable but not essential.
  • Software / SAAS sales experience essential
  • We’ll be looking for proof of previous success.

The role of the Telemarketing Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing team.
